My Julian Stations
I've posted a draft of my Stations service, drawing on Julian of Norwich, here. (It's in PDF.)
I will be grateful for any suggestions for improvement -- I'm not a liturgist, after all. I basically took the BOS service, removed the Scripture (!), and replaced it with passages from Julian's Long Text. Where the collects from the BOS liturgy still worked thematically, I kept them; where they didn't, I replaced them. I also dropped the versicle and response at each station, mostly for the sake of time. I was tempted to compose collects of my own for a few of the stations, and I may still do that when I return to this in earnest (probably shortly before Lent).

Love it, so far. I'm still reading and will try to comment again.
All in all, a great meditation, I think. Very nice to see these writings put to a use like this, too.
(I think you could even include the Scripture readings and it wouldn't be too long, BTW. I think the juxtaposition would be good.)

Hmm. Resist this temptation. Leaving out parts of the liturgy for the sake of convenience is a bad habit that can lead to worse things.
Especially when you're composing, you should present the fullness of the rite. If others need to cut it for the sake of time or other factors they will.

Point well-taken, but I don't think of Stations as authoritative in quite that way. Otherwise, I wouldn't be messing with it at all.
Should the Scripture go back as well, as bls has suggested? (Or at least some Scripture?)
I like the V/R, too, but wasn't going to say anything.
I would really miss hearing "a sword will pierce your own soul also," I realized....
OK, the V/R is back in.
